Nomination Form – Terms and Conditions

Chantilley's Pty Ltd will be presenting Velvet Rose, Bow Ties & Bouquets, Inspiring Carers' Awards 2025. The Nomination T&Cs are listed below as per Chantilley's Pty Ltd. www.chantilleys.com.au
1. Nomination Criteria
Nominees must meet the criteria listed below to be eligible for entry into the Velvet Rose – Inspiring Carers' Awards:
All nominees must be aged 18 years or over at the time of nomination.Nominees must reside in or be operating within New South Wales (NSW), Australia.Nominees must fall under one of the following categories: Nominee Categories: Volunteer Community Carer: could be someone who volunteers at a community centre ie/ Soup Kitchen.Informal Carer: could be a guardian, relative, friend of the nominee ie/ can be a neighbour who helps out, checks in, etcPaid Carer: individuals who are working on their own or connected with a companyService Provider: individuals or companies that provide services to those in the NDIS sector ie home care, personal care, therapist etc.
2. Nomination Entries
  • Entry into the awards is free of charge.
  • Nominations must be received by 11:59pm AEST on Saturday 31st August 2025.
  • Nominations will only be accepted for the categories listed above.
  • A single A4 page (in 11-point font) of supporting information may be included per nomination.
  • Nomination forms must be completed accurately and in full; incomplete or misleading entries may be disqualified.
  • Nominations can include additional supporting material to provide evidence of achievements and impact.
  • Nominees may be submitted by direct employers, colleagues, friends, family, organisations, or self-nominated.
  • Finalists will be selected by an independent judging panel based on the nomination criteria.
  • The decision of the judging panel is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Chantilley’s Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and to request further information or documentation.
  • Chantilley’s Pty Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or nominee found to be acting in breach of these terms.
3. Privacy and Publicity
  • By submitting a nomination, nominators and nominees consent to their names, images, and nomination details being used in connection with the Awards, including for media, promotional and marketing purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and NSW Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998.
  • Personal information collected through this process will be handled in accordance with Chantilley’s Privacy Policy (available at www.chantilleys.com.au) and will only be used for the purpose of administering and promoting the Awards.
4. Awards Ceremony and Ticketing
  • The Velvet Rose – Inspiring Carers’ Awards Ceremony will take place on Friday 17th October 2025 at Novella on the Park, Abbotsbury, NSW.
  • Finalists must be available to attend the event in person, if unable to attend on the night please inform us so we can make alternative arrangements to have the award shipped or picked up from our head office if you are announced on the night of the ceremony for an award.
  • All attendees (including nominees) must purchase tickets to attend the Awards Ceremony.
  • Ticket sales will close at 11:59pm on Tuesday 16th September 2025.
  • Each category winner will receive a trophy. All nominees will receive a certificate of recognition.
  • Nominees may not claim that Chantilley’s Pty Ltd endorses any products or services as a result of receiving a certificate or award.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations or changes of mind.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing to: chantilleys@gmail.com
  • In the event that Velvet Rose is postponed or cancelled by Chantilley’s Pty Ltd due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather, public health orders, venue issues), ticket holders will be offered a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled date.
  • Chantilley’s Pty Ltd accepts no liability for travel or accommodation costs incurred by nominees or guests in the event of cancellation.
6. Payment Information

  • EFT Transfer: Contact us for bank details. An EFT receipt must be emailed as confirmation.
7. Seating Arrangements
  • If you are booking for a group of 8 or more, please contact us to ensure we can accommodate your group seating together.
8. Limitation of Liability
  • Chantilley’s Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the Awards or attendance at the event, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  • Entrants release and indemnify Chantilley’s Pty Ltd and its agents from any and all liability, claims, actions, costs, expenses, or demands arising from participation in the Awards.
9. General
  • Chantilley’s Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be made available at www.chantilleys.com.au
  • By submitting a nomination or purchasing a ticket, all parties agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • If you have not received notification from us within 30 days of the nomination deadline, your submission has not progressed to the finalist stage
